He works the hours that are necessary to get the job done. John produced a segment on Holiday shopping spree which requiered taping late into the evening. John stayed up to get the interviews and the shots necessary to produce that segment. John has excellent interpersonable skills. This is the line, in my estimation, that seperates success from just mediocrity. John can be sent out to meet with clients and/or lead a staff of video professionals knowing that the client and/or the staff members will be treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism.In this day this is very rare skill. As an employer, one usually hires a creative or technically inclined person, that is not very comfortable working and reassuring clients; or a very nice person, but one who is lost in the edit room or must be teamed with a highly skilled video professional. John is an excellent blend of both. He can meet the client, videotape the scenes, creativly edit a video package and make the deadlines.What more can one ask for. John is a "find." I would not hesitate to hire him. As I mentioned, "John will go far in this business."”
